- A Little About Us -

Who We Are

Formed in 1968 by a small group of members from a Baptist Church in Bromley who felt a need to assist local older people who were finding it difficult to cope in their living environment. We now have a residential care home, three sheltered housing schemes and employ over 100 staff. We are a small not-for-profit organisation governed by a Board of Volunteer Directors and led by our Chief Executive and Leadership Team.

Our Mission

As a Christian organisation Cedarmore Housing Association provides suitable accommodation and care for older people from within the local community and aim to make this available on terms affordable to those with a low income.

Our Accommodation

We provide three sheltered housing schemes and a residential care home for those needing more care than we can offer in our sheltered schemes. All our schemes house both self-funded and Local Authority funded residents.

Residential Care

We operate a residential care home, registered with the Care Quality Commission, for older people who are no longer able to support themselves in their own homes.

Annual Report 2024 - 2025

As a team across Cedarmore Housing Association we are very grateful for all who place their trust in us to support them or their loved ones. We have had a remarkable year with the majority of bedrooms at Beechmore Court and flats across our Sheltered Housing Communities full year round. The very reason we exist.

Annual Report 2023 - 2024

Change can be a challenge for us all and at times it can feel that we are ‘all at sea’ until we experience calmer waters, it can feel unsafe. This year has been a year of change as together we have experienced CHA becoming one community, with a shared vision and a clear focus on the people we support.

Annual Report 2022 - 2023

It has been my privilege to serve as the CEO for Cedarmore Housing Association since April 2022. During my first year I spent much time understanding who we are and what we do before consulting on our strategic direction.
