There is also a communal lounge and laundry facilities. A Scheme Manager is available from 9am to 5pm and out-of-hours cover is in place in case of an emergency.

There is also a communal lounge and laundry facilities. A Scheme Manager is available from 9am to 5pm and an out-of-hours emergency call system is in place.
In addition, a regular programme of social activities is organised by the Scheme staff, including coffee mornings, lunches, quizzes, games and keep fit activities, and regular outings and annual off-site holidays. People are also encouraged to help keep the garden looking beautiful. For a charge, we also have a Guest Room available for visitors to stay over.

There are eight larger flats mainly for older couples who can look after themselves. 2 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom flats are available. A staff visitor calls in daily Monday to Friday. There is a conservatory for use by all. A 24/7 communication link to ‘Centra’ Telecare is provided in case of emergencies.
Scheme Visitors organise occasional afternoon tea gatherings to enable people to meet up and celebrate special occasions.
